Hi everyone:Patty and I will be leaving shortly for her next round of chemotherapy. She seems pretty energetic and strong again today. It seems like a shame, in a way, that we're heading off for treatment that is likely to make her feel run down, at best. Of course, the potential prize sometime soon could be a new heart, so I suppose we shouldn't complain about a few side effects.
I'll provide an update later. The kids will be with their other Dad for the weekend, so I'll use the time tackling some business tasks I've been wanting to address, and I suspect Patty will relax and recover from today.
