Hi everyone:
Patty spoke briefly this morning with Cathy Murks at University of Chicago Hospital. Patty's most recent blood draw revealed that her white blood cell count is now at 3,400 cells per microliter. This is still lower than normal (4,500-10,000), but apparently not so low as to be a concern anymore. Her panel reactive antibodies (PRA) were not tested this time. Cathy will be talking with Dr. Fedson about Patty's recent travails, to see if there's some relief that can be offered.
Patty will be seeing Dr. O'Donoghue this weekend to see if she can help figure out why Patty continues to have an itchy rash on her face, chest and back.
Love,
Brian
